Hello all members of the PET-club!

It is time to gather again and have the last meeting for this schoolyear. We might also
have a summer meeting but we'll see.

So, this far the trip (flights and hostel) have been booked for the K-fair. This means
that we will departure 26th of October at 18.45 to Düsseldorf and return 1st of November
at about 8.50 to Helsinki. The cost for the trip, after we book the bus too, will be
around 400e/person and with the PET-club money we are talking of about 10-30e/person. And
sponsor money is still coming in so it might get even cheaper.

We have non-stop flights and our accommodation is in the city centre of Düsseldorf, 8km
from the airport, 7km from the fairgrounds and 300m from the main trainstation. The
program for the week long trip will be after arrival a trip to Wolfsburg to the VW museum
and factories, then 3 days at the fair and then one whole free day in Düsseldorf. Then
the next day we will return to Finland. Everyone are required to bring passport, the
sponsor shirt (made later) and some fancier clothes suitable for the night out with
Engel. But I will make more lists to you and send out reminders later next autumn.

So the meeting is going to be on next weeks thursday, hope as many as possible can attend
because we need an update on the sponsor situation, we need to go through the plans for
the trip and then we need to have a look over what still needs to be done. So welcome
everyone to the last meeting of the schoolyear!
