Om plastklubben PET
Plastklubben PET grundades 'officiellt' måndagen den 2 november 1998, då ett femtontal studerande från plastteknik linjen vid Institutionen för teknik i Yrkeshögskolan Arcada samlades.
Idén med klubben blev nog till i början av höstterminen -98, då de egentliga plaststudierna tog sig början vid skolan. Då en studieresa till K'98 -mässan i Düsseldorf fullföljdes ökade sammanhållningen ytterligare i gruppen.
Efter det har klubben åkt till K-mässan alltid då den ordnats dvs 2001, 2004 och 2007. Klubben har nu 26 medlemmar och insamlingen för resan till K-10 är i full gång.

Grundtanken med klubben är att föra samman plaststuderanden, ordna exkursioner till företag inom plastindustrin samt att övervaka plaststuderandenas intressen. Eftersom undervisning av detta slag inte erbjuds på denna nivå någon annanstans i vårt land, har klubben mycket att ta i.
Klubben står under Tekniska Läroverkets Kamratförbund, och alla som är medlemmar i TLK, har möjlighet att vara medlem i Plastklubben PET.

So it is time to have a get together. It is going to be friday 3.9.2010 at 16.00 in
corneri. We are going to just chill out and meet with each other.
A couple of topics that we are going to handle are
- The K-fair (presentation as a reminder and stuff that still needs to be done)
- The upcoming year, events and happenings, activities inside the club
- The situation with the bank account and financials in general in the PET-club
- An indirect marketing plan for the PET-club, how are we going to be seen this school
year? Attendance on school and ASK events

Hello all members of the PET-club!
It is time to gather again and have the last meeting for this schoolyear. We might also
have a summer meeting but we'll see.
So, this far the trip (flights and hostel) have been booked for the K-fair. This means
that we will departure 26th of October at 18.45 to Düsseldorf and return 1st of November
at about 8.50 to Helsinki. The cost for the trip, after we book the bus too, will be
around 400e/person and with the PET-club money we are talking of about 10-30e/person. And
